5 x 8 Days, Monday to Friday, 10am-06:30pm

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a hospital setting.
• Phlebotomists will not be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Case assembly and slide delivery to Surgical Pathology and assigned Pathologist.
• Arrange and fill surgical blocks, assist with storage.
• Pick up stats from Surgical Pathology twice daily.
• Assist with changing tissue processors and H&E stainer.
• Organize and log supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested.
