Job Description

We are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and hands-on expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Scale campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and ROI
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
