Associate Product Manager(IITs, NITs, BITS, )

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager with strong “vibe coding” experience—someone who’s not just writing PRDs but also gets hands-on with code, prototypes, and quick experiments.

You’ll work on consumer-facing learning experiences, collaborating closely with engineers and designers, while actively building, testing, and iterating ideas yourself.

Ideal for someone from a top-tier engineering institute who loves product thinking and shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end product execution from idea to launch
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Build quick prototypes, internal tools, or POCs using low-code / no-code / basic coding
• Partner with engineering to break down requirements and unblock execution
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and engagement metrics to inform decisions
• Conduct user research and usability testing with learners
• Continuously improve onboarding, engagement, and retention flows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience as APM / Product Analyst / PM
• Graduate from a top-tier engineering institute (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, )
• Hands-on vibe coding mindset – comfortable building quick solutions, scripts, or prototypes
• Experience working on consumer-facing (B2B) products
• Strong understanding of product discovery, UX, and Agile delivery
• Data-driven approach with exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.)
