Job Description – Staff Nurse (GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing)

We are hiring qualified and experienced nursing staff (GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing) for our partner hospitals. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care and supporting medical teams in daily hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly
• Coordinate with doctors, lab, and other departments

Requirements

• Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
