About Company:
TACKLERS ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. (Previously Techno Industries) is a 5 decade experienced organisation that offers Material & Floor handling solutions through EOT cranes, Hoists, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment to join our growing team.
📍 Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad
🔧 Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for EOT cranes, hoists, and allied products
- Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle – inquiry generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiation, and closure
- Handle after-sales service coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, estimation, and execution
🎯 Key Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in crane / hoist / material handling industry
- Strong understanding of industrial sales & application engineering
- Exposure to after-sales service and AMC management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
