You will be joining as a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Pune location working in a hybrid mode.

As a Business Analyst, you will evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and lead requirements gathering through client meetings, interviews, and workshops. You will assist clients in developing business cases and identifying Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities to support organizational adoption. Your role will involve executing robotic process automation and digital transformation initiatives, including user requirements planning, process review facilitation, and process modeling. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies aligned with industry best practices, and perform requirements analysis to communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management. Collaboration with clients, subject matter experts, and architects will be crucial to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will also conduct user acceptance testing, prioritize initiatives based on business requirements, monitor project deliverables for timely completion, and prepare comprehensive reports on digital transformation initiatives, including objectives, vision, pain point analysis, updated process models, and key recommendations. Staying current with process and IT advancements to identify modernization opportunities will be an essential aspect of your role.
