Join us as an “ ER Case Management Specialist” , where you will provide specialist advisory support and coaching to People Leaders on a wide range of Employee Relations matters – this includes disciplinary, conduct, capability (including Performance Improvement Plans), sickness absence, grievances including bullying & harassment and sexual harassment (POSH)) and related ER projects while ensuring consistency, risk mitigation, and strong governance across the ER case management framework.

To be successful as an “ER Case Management Specialist ”, you should have experience with:

Required Skills

• Practical HR generalist experience advising Line Managers on complex HR and ER issues in a commercial and pragmatic way.
• Proven experience in ER case management or ER advisory roles within a medium-to-large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations issues and associated risks.
• Demonstrated ability to apply ER judgement in ambiguous and high‑impact scenarios.
• Good working knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy application.
• Strong Influencing and stakeholder management capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear advice and recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and data skills, including intermediate use of Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly to ensure internal customers understand actions, recommendations, and required outcomes.

Additional Skills:

• HR Business Partner or HR Generalist background with hands-on ER case management experience.
• Experience working in global, matrixed, and complex organisations, preferably within financial services.
• Experience analysing and interpreting complex data sets and trends.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and implementing HR policies consistently.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
