Microsoft 365 Developer / Solution Engineer (Hybrid – Arlington, VA)

We’re looking for an early-career Microsoft 365 Developer / Solution Engineer to join a collaborative team building modern, cloud-based solutions across M365, Azure, and Atlassian platforms.
💡 Day to day:
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Contribute to the development and configuration of cloud-based applications and integrations
- Help deliver solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Atlassian tools
- Support automation, scripting, and workflow improvements
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards
- Document solutions and help build reusable architectures and standards
✅ Requirements:
- ~1+ year of experience in M365, cloud, or software engineering environments
- Experience with at least one:
- PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Java
- Understanding of web applications, APIs, and integrations
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
🌟 To be given priority consideration (Not Required):
- Exposure to Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Entra ID)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or SharePoint
- Familiarity with Copilot, AI tools, or automation platforms
- Experience integrating systems via APIs (M365, Azure, Atlassian)
- Understanding of DevOps / CI-CD or data governance frameworks
