OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Windows Administrator to support and secure a Windows-based infrastructure that underpins enterprise Identity & Access Management (ICAM) services—authentication, authorization, and access. This role focuses on system reliability, security hardening, automation, and operational support for identity-related platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
  • Perform patching, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and lifecycle management. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows authentication services.
  • Maintain core services such as DNS and DHCP that support ICAM solutions.
  • Support identity-related technologies (e.g., federation services, access gateways, identity connectors).
  • Support secure operations for services such as AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and related auth/federation tooling.
  • Implement security controls and compliance baselines (CIS, DISA STIGs, or internal standards).
  • Manage logging/monitoring and event analysis (Event Viewer, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.).
  • Build automation/scripts in Power Shell (and tools like DSC, SCCM/MECM, Ansible, CI/CD where applicable).
  • Troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call support as needed, and drive root-cause resolution. Partner with identity engineers, security teams, and application owners; document standards and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Strong Windows Server administration experience (2016/2019/2022)
  • Hands‑on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security
  • Experience with identity-related technologies (ADFS, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, PKI/certificates)
  • Power Shell scripting proficiency
  • Experience with monitoring/log platforms (e.g., Event Viewer, Splunk, Sentinel)
  • Security+ (or equivalent)
