Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Payroll and Benefits professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, manage payroll-related compliance, and handle complex payroll calculations such as garnishments and taxes. You will also be responsible for streamlining payroll services and ensuring on-time and accurate payments. This position offers an opportunity for a skilled payroll specialist to lead and implement best practices across payroll and benefits management.
