Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to contribute to developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications for web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will design and implement user interfaces with Angular, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver responsive solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices. Your work will support organizational goals by delivering intuitive, secure, and performant front-end systems aligned with modern web standards and industry best practices.

Software Requirements

• Required: Angular (latest stable release), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Git, IDEs such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA, build tools (Webpack, Angular CLI), REST API integration tools, and version control systems
• Preferred: Angular Material, Redux/ngrx, Bootstrap, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), testing frameworks (Karma, Jasmine, Protractor), API documentation tools (Swagger), performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace)
• Experience level: 5+ years supporting enterprise-level front-end development with Angular and related technologies

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive Angular-based user interfaces supporting enterprise web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend developers to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable UI components
• Write clean, optimized, and reusable code following best practices in front-end development
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in UI development
• Optimize front-end performance to ensure a smooth user experience across browsers and devices
• Support automation testing and integrate front-end solutions into CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI performance issues and security vulnerabilities
• Maintain documentation of UI components, coding standards, and operational procedures
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end frameworks, tools, and industry trends

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization techniques
• Industry experience in finance, banking, fintech, or large enterprise sectors is desirable; extensive experience in enterprise UI development is essential

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Angular front-end components aligned with project requirements
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams during sprint planning, reviews, and deployment cycles
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
• Optimize UI performance for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement automated testing and support CI/CD workflows for seamless delivery
• Troubleshoot UI bugs, security flaws, and performance bottlenecks promptly
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and operational procedures
• Stay informed on the latest web development trends, frameworks, and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 5+ years supporting enterprise front-end applications with Angular and related front-end technologies
• Certifications in Angular, JavaScript frameworks, or UI/UX design preferred
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
