What we're looking for

4+ years of professional experience engineering robust web applications.
Expertise in Node.js for crafting scalable backend services and APIs.
Proficiency in React and Next.js to build high-performance frontend interfaces.
AI Implementation: Practical experience deploying AI-powered features, including LLM integrations and building smart application logic.
Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to contribute to high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Startup mindset: Essential experience navigating the fast-paced, evolving environment of a startup.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2).
Location: Remote, with residency required in New York, San Francisco, Houston, or Seattle.

Nice to have
