As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, from sourcing to onboarding
- Work closely with founders, business leaders, and HR to plan hiring needs
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Write personalized outreach to engage top candidates
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Help improve hiring processes as we grow
- Support day-to-day coordination with the TA team
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 48 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for B2B SaaS roles, especially GTM or tech
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong ownership and ability to handle both strategy and execution
