About the role
We are hiring a Creative Producer to lead end-to-end content production across our portfolio of brands. You will switch between high-end studio shoots, lifestyle content, and clean B2B explainer videos — turning briefs into scroll-stopping creative built for performance, brand, and organic.
Key responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs from each brand into clear creative concepts, moodboards, and shot lists.
- Plan, schedule, and run shoots across product categories including locations, talent, props, stylists, and crew.
- Lead premium product photography and video where required, with attention to lighting, finish, and luxury aesthetics.
- Produce high-volume lifestyle and trend-driven content for D2C campaigns.
- Produce clean, brand-safe explainer and B2B content for our enterprise-facing brand.
- Manage a roster of freelance editors, photographers, videographers, retouchers, and content creators.
- Edit or oversee editing of short-form video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a tight content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and performance needs across all businesses.
- Track creative performance with the Performance Lead and iterate based on what wins.
- Maintain organised asset libraries and version control across drives and project tools.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience producing content for brands, agencies, or in-house teams.
- Strong portfolio across short-form video, static, and lifestyle photography — bonus points for premium or product-led shoots.
- Hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent; working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva.
- Sharp eye for trends across Reels, TikTok, and Shorts — understands what makes each platform perform.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple brands, shoots, and deadlines.
- Comfortable directing talent on set and giving precise creative feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience producing content for premium or luxury brands.
- Experience producing B2B or explainer content.
- Network of trusted freelance creators, stylists, and production vendors in Kerala.
- Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
