You will be joining SYNBUF TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as a Technical Support Professional to provide efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions, developing technical documentation and knowledge base articles, analyzing customer feedback for product/service improvements, and staying updated with new technologies and industry trends.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
