Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturday off)
About SwishX
SwishX is building AI-native platforms for pharma and enterprise workflows, with operations based out of Bangalore. The office is located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
We are now looking for an Enterprise SDR (AI SaaS) to help us open doors, create high value qualified enterprise conversations, and build the foundation of a repeatable GTM engine.
Role Description
You’ll be the first line of conversation with senior decision-makers (CEOs, Presidents, CXOs, Business and Function Heads) at mid-market and large enterprises in the Life Sciences Industry (Pharma, Medtech, Diagnostics).
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying target enterprise accounts (CEOs, Presidents, CXOs, Business and Function Heads)
- Crafting thoughtful, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads using clear discovery frameworks
- Booking high-quality discovery meetings
- Developing a deep understanding of the platform, value propositions, and use cases
- Maintaining clean CRM hygiene and clear pipeline visibility
- Collaborating closely with founders, product, and marketing to refine ICPs and messaging
- Continuously improving scripts, sequences, and positioning based on market feedback
You are not just setting meetings - you are testing narratives, sharpening positioning, and feeding signal back into the company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal if you:
- Have 1–3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (VP, CXO)
- Enjoy research-led selling more than spray-and-pray outreach
- Can understand complex products and explain value clearly and confidently
- Are curious about industries like pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution-heavy businesses
- Want exposure to founder-led selling and early GTM building
- Thrive in ambiguity and like building things from scratch
Bonus points (not mandatory, but exciting if true):
- Experience selling into pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or enterprise operations
- Strong spoken & written communication in English - you can write messages people actually reply to
- Great presence of mind and sense of humour
