- **REMOTE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE***
We are currently hiring for professional CSR's to handle high volume calls from our candidates and new facilities who are in the new hire / onboarding process.
You will advise on their new hire status, troubleshoot any issues with accessing the portal, process documents, and provide exceptional customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have professional customer service experience, experience with onboarding and credentialing will be a plus.
You will handle high volume back to back calls so you must be comfortable with a headset.
You must have reliable high speed internet and have a private, work space with no distractions.
The job will be Monday to Friday with some flex to choose a fixed schedule between 6:30am to 5pm.
You must have a good work ethic and able to commit to 40 hours a week.
