Senior Graphics Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging and visually appealing designs for our FMCG products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an understanding of FMCG branding, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop product packaging, labels, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and point-of-sale displays.
• Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Develop mockups and prototypes for new product concepts and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of design outputs.
• Maintain brand identity standards and ensure all creative work aligns with company objectives.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, packaging innovations, and consumer preferences in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in packaging design and print production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of branding and consumer behavior in FMCG.
• Experience in photo editing, product visualization, and 3D mockups.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital design formats.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
