Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Suryapet. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, manage account operations, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, resolving issues, preparing detailed reports, conducting financial tracking, and identifying opportunities for growth. The position requires regular communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and foster trust.
• Proven ability in account management, issue resolution, and building long-term partnerships.
• Experience in financial tracking, budget management, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software or other account management tools is preferred.
• Analytical mindset and a results-driven approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
