Job Description
As a part of Suryoday Trust, your role will involve leading curriculum development within the team, ensuring staff adherence to the agreed curriculum, maintaining a handbook or database of relevant policies and schemes of work, monitoring teaching and learning to uphold common standards, planning a budget for VTC in line with the school's financial procedures, collaborating with the project coordinator for marketing and promotion of VTC products, assisting the team in production across various units, overseeing homework/independent and Guided Learning, preparing students for assessments and examinations, monitoring student attendance and behavior during lessons.

Qualifications Required:
- B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education with a minimum of 7 years of teaching experience
- Diploma in Vocational Training (added advantage)
In addition to these responsibilities, you should possess good verbal and written communication skills, be proactive and able to take initiative, comfortable working in the ambiguity of an early-stage organization, capable of working with minimal support, fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, have good interpersonal skills, strong project management and execution skills, able to persevere in the face of challenges, passionate towards the cause of children with disabilities, and demonstrate a keen interest in collaborating, innovating, and creating sector-level impact.
