Job Description –

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to handle property-related legal matters, corporate compliance, agreements, and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, lease deeds, and property documents.

Handle property title verification, due diligence, registration, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, real estate regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and regulatory bodies.

Manage legal notices, disputes, and litigation support.

Maintain legal records and provide legal guidance to management.

Requirements

LLB degree from a recognized university.

4+ years of experience in real estate/property and corporate legal matters.

Strong knowledge of property laws, registry procedures, corporate laws, and contract management.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
