Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Engineer at our Mumbai location. The Senior Construction Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing heavy equipment operations, interpreting and reviewing construction drawings, conducting site inspections, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and solving technical challenges effectively. The role requires a focus on precision, safety, and productivity to meet organizational and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and management within construction projects.
• Strong background in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply Construction Drawings to project execution.
• Experience in conducting site Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in large scale construction projects, particularly in urban settings, is an advantage.
