Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Installers/Mechanics to join our growing team. We are looking for hardworking professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career with a well-established HVAC company.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Install ductwork, piping, and equipment
  • Read blueprints and installation drawings
  • Perform system startups and testing
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years Residential HVAC installation experience
  • Experience removing old systems and installing new systems
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Knowledge of current HVAC codes
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Measure and install ductwork
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • EPA Certification a plus
