Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria.
• Generate and nurture leads for the sales team.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
• Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
• Track outreach performance and provide regular activity reports.
• Support lead nurturing initiatives and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
• Ability to handle cold calling and prospect engagement confidently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
