As an Event Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budget constraints. Stay up-to-date and ahead of the curve when it comes to event planning, design, and production trends. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with your strong negotiation skills to enhance process ideation and drive concepts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as facilities, security, legal, compliance, sourcing, Internal Systems, and FP&A.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and be a task master in establishing standard procedures, while training staff to effectively execute them.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Work autonomously, driven by timelines, without compromising the employee experience or the successful delivery of designated tasks.
  • Display confidence and uphold the highest levels of discretion, discipline, and professionalism.
  • Be a dedicated team player with enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
