Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Associate - SEO at Supertails, you will be responsible for leading the organic growth strategy to support millions of pet parents. Your role involves dominating E-commerce SEO by driving qualified traffic and revenue for a wide range of product SKUs and services, as well as leading the Next Wave of Search by establishing Supertails as the trusted answer for pet care questions on various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business goals such as traffic, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits of the e-commerce platform and implement necessary fixes.
- Lead keyword research to identify high-intent transactional keywords.
- Optimize on-page elements for product listing and detail pages.
- Develop a strategy for managing and optimizing the product catalog.
- Pioneer the strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Identify key questions from the audience and create a content strategy to provide the top answer.
- Collaborate with the content team to structure content for easy extraction by AI models.
- Implement advanced schema markup to build a strong entity for Supertails in the Knowledge Graph.
- Optimize content for Large Language Model (LLM) parsability.
- Own the SEO analytics stack and monitor key performance indicators.
Qualification Required:
- 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO for large-scale websites.
- Experience in optimizing product catalogs and faceted navigation.
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO/Gen AI search and ability to build strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Passion for understanding user intent and creating a great user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex SEO concepts to stakeholders.
