Job Description
As a Key Account Executive/Senior Key Account Executive in Corporate and Institutional Sales based in Noida, your role involves the following responsibilities:
- Develop the Services (Institutional Sales) customer segment in the assigned geography by visiting customers as per the daily journey plan, building and maintaining relationships, influencing buying behavior, and growing their spending with a focus on high margin products.
- Onboard new customers in the Services (Institutional Sales) segment to achieve the target number of customers and value.
- Drive the sale of focused products/categories for CPWI in the Services (Institutional Sales) customer segment.
- Gather and understand market information from customers/competition and share it with related stakeholders in CPWI.
- Be the champion of customer information by closely working with customers to understand their business and direction, identifying CPWIs business opportunities with changing customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Reception/Customer service team to ensure customer data accuracy upon membership application and handle complaints professionally to recover customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily reports as per the process, keep up to date with the MIS, and analyze necessary reports to adopt the sales strategy in the assigned zone as per the business plan.
- Ensure adherence to Company SOPs and highlight any observed gaps in implementation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the respective line manager.
