Job Summary

The Construction Planner & Design Coordinator will be responsible for preparing construction and design plans, managing online project workflows, and coordinating with both US-based stakeholders and on-site teams. The role demands strong technical skills, communication, and the ability to work across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction drawings and design plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs according to US standards and codes.
• Coordinate daily with US project managers, architects, and site teams.
• Manage online project activities including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct virtual meetings and provide regular updates.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction planning, drafting, or coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in overlapping US time zones when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international (US) clients or projects.
• Knowledge of US building codes and standards.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar platforms.

Work Setup:
