About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our remote team within the Brand and Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing the production of both digital and physical marketing assets. Your work will span a variety of formats, including social media ads, website graphics, printed materials, packaging, and large-format brand experiences. You will play a vital role in bringing Bird&Be’s visual identity to life across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, high quality, and visual impact. The ideal candidate is versatile, proactive, and capable of managing projects from initial concept through final delivery, including vendor coordination and print production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful brand dedicated to reproductive health and wellness.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably within consumer brands or creative agencies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
Experience designing digital advertisements across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and email marketing, including motion graphics and short-form videos.
Proven ability to design for print and oversee the entire production process from concept to vendor coordination and final delivery.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
Experience providing creative direction and quality control for external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
Stay current with design, cultural, and platform trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.
Responsibilities
Own the complete design process for digital and print assets, from initial brainstorming and concept development to production-ready files and final delivery.
Create digital marketing assets for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, website PDPs, emails, and landing pages.
Design and produce physical brand materials such as packaging, printed inserts, brochures, invitations, event collateral, and retail signage.
Coordinate print and production activities, including sourcing materials, selecting vendors, preparing print specifications, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality output.
Develop creative concepts for out-of-home campaigns and experiential environments like posters, transit ads, billboards, and event displays.
Collaborate with content and advertising teams to craft compelling graphics, illustrations, and motion elements for storytelling and short-form video content.
Build reusable, scalable templates to streamline social media and advertising workflows.
Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all channels and with external partners.
Provide creative direction and quality assurance for agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to uphold brand standards.
Stay informed about current design trends, cultural shifts, and platform updates to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
