As a recruitment & talent acquisition professional at SunAct, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on oncology hiring. Your role will involve creating job descriptions, sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels, designing interview processes, conducting offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job description creation, talent sourcing, interview management, offer negotiations, and closure.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and others to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct market mapping and gather intelligence on key functions & skillsets within the healthcare sector.
- Design and enhance interview processes to maintain consistency and facilitate effective communication between hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle offer management and negotiation to ensure timely rollouts and provide a quality candidate experience.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of overall recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in oncology.
- Candidates with prior recruitment experience in the oncology sector will be given preference.
