Mortgage Broker

We are looking for motivated, FSRA-licensed Mortgage Broker who want to scale their business within a supportive, tech-forward environment. Whether you are a newly licensed Level 1 agent looking for mentorship or a seasoned Level 2 professional seeking a stronger lender network, we provide the platform for your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Advisory: Guide clients through the 2026 lending landscape, including Stress Test navigation and refinancing strategies.
• Complex File Management: Analyze credit, income, and BFS (Business for Self) documentation to find creative solutions.
• Lender Liaison: Access our extensive network of Tier 1 banks, Credit Unions, and Alternative/Private lenders.
• Business Development: Utilize our marketing tools and digital strategies to grow your personal brand and lead funnel.

Qualifications

• Licensed: Must hold a valid FSRA Mortgage Agent License (Level 1 or Level 2).
• Expertise: Strong understanding of Ontario’s current mortgage regulations and underwriting practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and mortgage platforms.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated with a passion for client service and relationship building.
• Location: Preference for candidates in the Mississauga/GTA area for hybrid collaboration, though we welcome applicants from across Ontario.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed to support your clients).
• Language: English (French or other languages are an asset but not required).
