CSR Proposal Writer & Fundraising Manager

The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact and skilled at turning ideas into compelling proposals. You will be responsible for securing CSR funds, building partnerships, and driving fundraising efforts to support meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, and DPRs
• Identify and apply for CSR funding opportunities and grants
• Communicate with corporates, donors, and partners via email, calls, and meetings
• Build and maintain strong CSR and donor relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for project data and reporting
• Track proposals, follow-ups, and fundraising pipeline

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CSR fundraising / proposal writing / NGO sector
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of CSR guidelines and compliance (India)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
