Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilites

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined hiring timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, assess, and interview candidates while conducting reference checks where required.
• Coordinate offer management and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring data.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive team performance.
• Continuously improve hiring processes, policies, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment activities.
• Ensure all job descriptions are current and aligned with business requirements.
