Key Responsibilites
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined hiring timelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source, assess, and interview candidates while conducting reference checks where required.
- Coordinate offer management and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring data.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive team performance.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, policies, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment activities.
- Ensure all job descriptions are current and aligned with business requirements.
