Senior Field Service Technician (DCRF)

Job Description

Minimum 10 years’ of experience with fielding equipment and logistics.. Prior Military and/or CBRN experience preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Life Cycle Sustainment: Providing continuous support to "on-mission" units, including scheduled preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and support supply chain management.
• Equipment Refresh and Recertification: After a unit's mission, team will execute a complete "reset" of the equipment recovering, inventorying, overhauling, and recertifying it to original standards before it is fielded to the next unit
• Identifies systemic problem trends and/or recurring equipment quality issues and provides feedback to supervisors and field units
• Recommends actions to resolve logistics management and operational problems with the goal of optimizing and improving current processes and systems
• Gathers and disseminates logistical information including readiness reports, pending shipment status, maintenance records
• Conducts maintenance actions, corrective and preventative, at off-site locations. Reviews maintenance actions, corrective and preventative, at on site locations
• Verifies services and/or repairs conducted by vendors. Locates local reputable vendors to conduct maintenance actions.
• Travel to support quarterly site visits and at least 2 large-scale exercises at various military installations where supporting units are based.
