Stryker Global Technology Center is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer (Entry Level) for its Gurugram team. Stryker is a global medical technology company spanning orthopaedics, surgical equipment, neurotechnology and spine. The Stryker Global Technology Center in Gurugram is a key R&D and IT hub with 1,000+ employees supporting global product development.
This is a full-time, entry-level role (0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome) ideal for recent graduates who want to build a strong career in Medical Devices / MedTech R&D. As a software engineer, you'll work on real, impactful projects alongside experienced professionals, with structured mentorship, hands-on learning and clear ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Write, test and debug clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
- Build product features and integrate REST APIs and databases
- Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups and agile sprints
- Investigate and fix bugs and improve performance of existing modules
- Write unit tests and help maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Document your work and collaborate with product and QA teams
What we're looking for
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and OOP
- Hands-on with at least one language (Java/Python/JavaScript/C++)
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Git version control
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
- Clear written and verbal communication
Minimum qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE), MCA or B.Sc/M.Sc (Computer Science). Final-year students and recent graduates may apply.
