7PM 7AM shifts: 2-way cab provided
Before 7 PM shifts: 1-way cab provided
Completion of 6month will get 30k as a loyalty bonus
if they don't want to avail cab they will get 3k allowances,
1 way cab if they avail they will get 2k for another way
