Job Description
Are you looking to join a phenomenal team who are focused, agile and primed for a big push? Strutta needs a solid hunter to come in and show the world what we have built. We have three customer streams: Enterprise, Channel/VAR, and DIY SaaS, (with upsell opportunity).
Strutta has a large list of amazing brands, including Toyota, Crate&Barrel, Starbucks, and others, that we've worked with. As Strutta's Business Development Lead, you will reach out to existing inbound leads, build out the funnel with targeted outreach and connect with past customers to build the business. Also – there is a significant opportunity to source and develop more value-added resellers who will incorporate our platform in their offering.

We have spent the past year bulking up our infrastructure and features and are looking for someone who will help us on a sprint to rapidly grow revenues!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strategy around business development for each of Strutta's three customer streams;
- Oversee Strutta's inbound sales channels, managing leads and moving them through the funnel;
- Manage ongoing relationships with clients, including overseeing campaign implementation and actively working to ensure project success.
Required Attributes and Experiences:
- 2+ years of quota carrying, technology based sales experience;
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions;
- Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner;
- Direct and new business sales experience;
- Previous Sales Methodology training;
- CRM experience;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment;
- Strong customer references;
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma is preferred.
