Streamline Accounting is adding a Senior Accounting Manager to the Team! This is a permanent, full-time leadership accounting position. As a member of an outsourced accounting firm, the Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing multiple clients and providing senior level leadership to other team members to deliver rock-solid financials. Setting the bar by providing excellent results for our clients is an integral part of this role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with client staff and owners to facilitate daily accounting tasks
• Communicate with Owners, high level employees on financial, accounting and budget needs
• Communicate process and staff issue with client
• Communicate staff issues with Streamline Management
• Ensure budget is sufficient for client’s accounting needs
• Review time to stay within monthly budget
• Train and manage staff
• Record month end journal entries
• Prepare financials
• Month End schedules: Accruals, Prepaid
• Budgeting
• Financials
• Bank reporting
• Communicate and report financial information to customer’s bank as needed
• Provide year-end information to our customer’s CPA for tax preparation.

Candidate must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid accounting background. The Senior Accounting Manager will be required to communicate effectively with business owners regarding all aspects of their company's accounting. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Note: To be considered for this position, you must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. You must be able to provide transcripts upon hire. CPA licensing is not a requirement. An accounting degree is preferred, or equivalent subsequent training. Qualified candidates will complete pre-hire assessment prior to onboarding.
