Palantir Foundry Data Engineer

Full time, direct hire

Onsite: Washington, D.C. OR NYC

Salary: $190-225k

In this role, you’ll work with an experienced cross functional technical team to work with a global customer base, integrating data and building and deploying technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain data integrations to ensure reliable ingestion into Palantir Foundry
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline delays, failures, and quality issues
• Develop scalable data transformations and derived datasets using Spark for distributed processing
• Monitor workflow execution, investigate build errors, and remediate processing failures
• Design, test, and support applications within the Foundry ecosystem
• Address issues and enhance underlying functionality in collaboration with stakeholders
• Respond to structured data inquiries related to lineage, coverage, and system footprint
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve core platform performance and reliability

Requirements

• Secret Security Clearance
• Demonstrated experience with Palantir Foundry
• Expertise in Python (PySpark, Pandas)
• Experience configuring and managing data pipelines from source systems
• Experience with SQL
