🔹 What we’re looking for:

✔️ 20+ years of experience in Sales Management at senior levels

✔️ Background in Institutional Selling, FMCG, or Modern Retail Trade

✔️ Strong ability to train, mentor, and coach sales teams

✔️ Deep understanding of market dynamics (Nagpur/Vidarbha preferred)

🔹 What you’ll do:

👉 Guide and support sales teams through on-field coaching

👉 Conduct training sessions and workshops

👉 Drive performance improvement and execution excellence

👉 Share practical insights to accelerate business growth
