Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys helping clients achieve real results through therapeutic bodywork rather than relaxation-only massage?

An established, treatment-focused wellness practice in Falls Church is seeking a professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in deep tissue, sports massage, and/or lymphatic massage who enjoys building lasting client relationships through exceptional care and measurable results.

This is a part-time weekend opportunity with an established client base, consistent demand, and excellent long-term earning potential.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Therapists receive 40% of the service price.

Typical service pricing includes:

• Standard Massage: $125 per hour ($50 payout)
• Prenatal Massage: $155 per hour ($62 payout)
• Lymphatic Massage: Higher-priced specialty services paid at 40% of the service price.

With a steady flow of repeat clientele, therapists have the opportunity to build a consistent and rewarding weekend schedule.

Schedule

• Saturdays and Sundays
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client’s individual needs
• Perform deep tissue, sports massage, and/or lymphatic massage techniques
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment goals, progress, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate client treatment notes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Massage Therapy license required
• Professional massage therapy experience preferred
• Experience performing deep tissue, sports massage, and/or lymphatic massage preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
