Role : Senior Desktop Administrator (Endpoint & Intune Support)

Experience : 5 Years

Location : Gurugram Cairn Office

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Administrator to manage, secure, and

support enterprise endpoint environments across Windows and Mac platforms. The role

focuses on Windows 11 readiness, Microsoft Intune device management, endpoint

security compliance, user support for business applications, and proactive

troubleshooting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring device security,

operational stability, and a seamless enduser experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management (Intune / MDM)

  • Manage device enrollment and lifecycle in Microsoft Intune.
  • Monitor and resolve device compliance and sync issues.
  • Validate and enforce BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Defender updates, and

Windows patching.

  • Verify devices are mapped to correct Active Directory OU and Intune/MDM

policies.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to enrollment, endpoint security, updates, and policy

application.

Operating System & Image Management

  • Configure and deploy new laptops and workstations with standard corporate

software.

  • Create, maintain, and update customized Windows images with approved

applications.

  • Support and execute Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades, ensuring:
  • OneDrive data synchronization before upgrade
  • Minimal user downtime
  • Develop and execute scripts for silent uninstallation of unlicensed or

unauthorized software.

End User & Application Support

  • Provide advanced desktop support for business users on:
  • Outlook, Microsoft Teams
  • Printers and shared drives
  • SAP, ESS, digital signature tools
  • Other enterprise and lineofbusiness applications
  • Provide Mac OS support within an enterprise environment.
  • Resolve assigned IT service tickets within SLA using the ticketing portal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure and appropriate access.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong handson experience with Microsoft Windows OS administration and

Endpoint Manager

  • Knowledge of:
  • BitLocker encryption
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Windows Update and patch management
  • Expertise in Windows 10 & Windows 11 enterprise environments
  • Experience creating and managing Windows images and deployment packages
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory OU structure and endpoint alignment
  • Experience supporting Mac endpoints
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration basics
