Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Veterinary Technical Product Manager position based in West Delhi, India. As a Veterinary Technical Product Manager at Panav Bio‑Tech, you will work at the exciting intersection of veterinary science and business strategy. You'll manage products across our three divisions — Orion (Biologicals & Diagnostics), Regal (Therapeutic Solutions), and Iris (Nutraceuticals) — ensuring scientific excellence meets market impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap across Panav Bio‑Tech's veterinary portfolio
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales & veterinary teams for seamless product delivery
• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable product strategies
• Monitor the full product lifecycle — from development to market launch
• Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape in the veterinary sector
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality compliance standards
• Support product positioning exclusively through veterinary channels

Requirements

• Qualification: B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc (Veterinary Science)
• Experience: 2–3 years in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of veterinary/technical product development
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Indian veterinary or animal healthcare market is a plus
