About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Network Expansion

1. Identify, reach out to, and onboard coworking spaces, business centres, managed offices, and commercial property owners across India as Growth Partner

2. Pitch the partnership model clearly and handle end-to-end partner onboarding from first conversation to live listing on the platform

3. Negotiate basic terms, collect documentation, and coordinate agreement signing

4. Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with space partners across cities

5. Continuously expand the partner network to cover new cities and locations

Bookings & Operations

1. Manage incoming booking requests for virtual office and coworking products across multiple cities

2. Coordinate with space partners and clients to confirm bookings, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth delivery

3. Oversee agreement processing, KYC coordination, e-stamping, and document dispatch for clients

4. Maintain accurate records of active bookings, renewals, and expirations across

Customer Support & Client Success

1. Handle client queries and concerns via calls, WhatsApp, and email promptly and professionally

2. Own issue resolution end-to-end identify the problem, fix it, and follow up to confirm resolution

3. Ensure every client touchpoint reflects high service standards

4. Proactively check in with clients at key milestones onboarding, 30-day mark, renewal period

• 4. Self-driven and proactive — you identify what needs to be done and you do it
• 5. Comfortable with a high volume of outreach — calls, follow-ups, and relationship building are central to this role
• 6. Resilient and adaptable — you stay composed and solution-focused when things get difficult
