Logistics Specialist

We are hiring an Associate Logistics Specialist to support operations within a fast-paced research laboratory environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on lab experience who enjoys both technical work and operational support.

Role: Associate Logistics Specialist

Location: West Point, PA,

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain records for lab instruments, equipment, and assets
• Coordinate movement, transfer, and setup of laboratory equipment
• Support inventory management and asset tagging
• Perform data entry and documentation to ensure accurate records
• Assist with day-to-day lab operations and equipment maintenance
• Follow safety, compliance, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of lab experience
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., UV-Vis, spectroscopy, or similar)
• Experience with sample preparation, lab equipment handling, or testing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a lab environment with standard hazards
