We are hiring an Associate Logistics Specialist to support operations within a fast-paced research laboratory environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on lab experience who enjoys both technical work and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain records for lab instruments, equipment, and assets
- Coordinate movement, transfer, and setup of laboratory equipment
- Support inventory management and asset tagging
- Perform data entry and documentation to ensure accurate records
- Assist with day-to-day lab operations and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety, compliance, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of lab experience
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., UV-Vis, spectroscopy, or similar)
- Experience with sample preparation, lab equipment handling, or testing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a lab environment with standard hazards
