Operation Research Analyst

Role Description The Construction Project Manager role at SteerBrldge is a part-time, remote position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role oversees all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager monitors progress, manages change orders, updates project schedules, and tracks costs to maintain budget and timelines. The role also includes conducting site walks, enforcing safety protocols, resolving field issues, preparing status reports, and communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project milestones and risks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management, overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, including estimating, forecasting, and managing change orders.
• Effective Project Coordination skills to align subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams on scope, schedule, and quality.
• Experience using construction management software and standard productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore or similar platforms).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and document project status clearly.
• Proven ability to work on-site, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, OSHA 30) are preferred but not required.
