We are hiring a highly motivated Technical LinkedIn Sourcer to help identify and engage top talent across engineering, AI/ML, product, and technical roles. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys research, recruiting, and finding high-quality candidates online.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other online platforms
• Identify strong technical profiles for roles in software engineering, AI/ML, data, product, and related fields
• Build candidate lists based on hiring requirements
• Screen profiles based on experience, skills, education, and company background
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to find niche talent
• Reach out to candidates and track responses when needed

Requirements

• 0–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and internet research skills
• Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Familiarity with software engineering, AI/ML, startups, or tech hiring is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and ATS tools

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing for startups or fast-growing companies
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Understanding of top universities and tech companies
• Experience using recruiting tools or Chrome extensions

Compensation

• $300/month
