Job Description
We are hiring an Entry-Level Technical LinkedIn Sourcer to help identify and engage candidates for technology and startup-related roles. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruiting, talent sourcing, or HR and who enjoys online research and working with people.
Responsibilities
- Search for candidates using LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Build candidate lists for engineering, AI/ML, product, and technical roles
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles based on hiring requirements
- Maintain organized candidate trackers and sourcing sheets
- Support recruiters with candidate research and outreach
- Learn and use Boolean search techniques
- Stay updated on hiring trends and technical roles
Requirements
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in recruiting, HR, startups, or technology
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Basic understanding of technical roles or IT industry
- Experience using LinkedIn for research or networking
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel
