Your Role

As a Manager at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of large inventory properties with a strong focus on F&B revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency. You will lead on-ground teams, streamline procurement, ensure audit compliance, and drive profitability across properties.

About You

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of large inventory properties, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational readiness across kitchen, service, and guest areas
  • Manage and optimize workflows for high occupancy, large group bookings, and peak demand periods
  • Hire, train, and manage ground staff across kitchen, service, and utility functions while ensuring adequate staffing at all times
  • Drive team performance through training, performance management, and on-ground leadership
  • Plan and execute large group events with seamless coordination across teams, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Handle guest escalations effectively to maintain superior guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock control systems, minimizing wastage and pilferage while ensuring timely replenishment
  • Drive F&B revenue through menu planning, pricing strategies, and upselling while optimizing food costs and improving margins
  • Monitor per guest spend and identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation
  • Prepare and review monthly P&L statements, track revenue vs cost performance, and implement corrective actions to meet profitability targets
  • Audit and approve procurement requests in line with SOPs and budgets while managing vendor relationships and negotiating cost efficiencies
  • Conduct regular kitchen and inventory audits to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are consistently maintained
  • Implement and enforce SOP compliance across all properties
  • Bring strong expertise in F&B operations, inventory management, procurement, and cost control with experience in managing large teams and multi-property operations
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with hands-on experience in P&L management and hospitality operations
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
