Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role in Gurugram for Pharma Sales Medical Representatives with 1-5 years of experience. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and effectively communicate the benefits of our pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with key customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service. Additionally, the role requires staying informed about industry trends and the company’s product advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Medical Sales with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build professional relationships.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist healthcare professionals.
• Basic knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently promote and explain pharmaceutical products.
• Ability to travel and conduct fieldwork as required to meet clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical sales is advantageous.
